The Pearl ballroom runs 680m’ across two floors with a 250m’ balcony over it. Seat 330 for dinner, open the restaurant alongside for 650, or let 750
move between food stations all evening.

All three ballroom sections open onto the Pearl Foyer: 270m’, 300 guests, doors closed until you want them open.

The Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West sits in the same building; 476 rooms, its own bar and restaurant. Guests go from the last drink to their door without stepping outside.

As part of the menu, not a footnote. Tell us at menu stage what the room needs;
halal, kosher, vegetarian, vegan, no pork, no alcohol in cooking, fasting-period
timings; and chefs build the menu around it, rather than adding a plate at the end.
Where certified preparation is needed, choose a certified supplier or bring your
own caterer into the Rooftop kitchen. Dishes are clearly labelled, and dietary
plates reach the right seats without anyone having to identify themselves
Yes, and without a coach transfer between them. Arrival drinks in the Pearl Foyer (270m², 300 guests), dinner in the ballroom next door, dessert and coffee back in the foyer while the room is reset for the dance floor. In summer the Piazza in front of the building takes the arrival or the late-night air.
On the Rooftop, yes it has a complete kitchen and bar of its own, and it can be handed over to your caterer for the evening with our team carrying the service, the floor and the bar. For the ballroom
and the other spaces, our own kitchen cooks, working from your recipes, your suppliers and your requirements.
