WHY HOLD FINANCIAL EVENTS HERE?

Numbers have to land.
So does the event.

THE RIGHT CHOICE

Event targets on the table before the day

Tell us what the day has to achieve and we build the room around it: how long the plenary runs before attention drops, when the group needs to split and where people can talk properly once the slides are off. Clear planning, agreed well before the day.

Finance

Send us the agenda
and the budget.

Dates, delegate numbers, which sessions stay closed, and the objective you are measured on. One planner picks it up, stays with it, and comes back with an itemised proposal. No forms to chase.

Questions & answers

Can one room hold the meeting and split for breakouts?

Yes — that is the reason most financial programmes book here. Plenary runs in the Pearl ballroom, and 20 meeting rooms take the detail afterwards: eight around a table in the smallest, up to 118 once the dividing wall opens. Nineteen of them sit on the first floor off the Gallery Walkway, so a 20-minute break stays 20 minutes.

By room, catering, hours and hotel rooms — one itemised invoice from one supplier, which is what makes it straightforward to sign off and report internally. Smaller rooms go by the hour rather than the day, so a two-hour analyst session costs two hours.

The Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West is in the same building, not a walk away; 476 four-star rooms with own bar and restaurant. Delegates go from the last session to their room without stepping out, which is what makes a two-day programme hold together. Rooms are
blocked alongside your event rather than booked one by one.

Can we present detailed figures comfortably?

Screens and projectors are already installed, sound is integrated, and daylight is controllable in most rooms — so a dense slide is a design question, not a hire list. Send the deck ahead: we put it on the actual screen and read it from the back row before your people arrive.

Yes. Movable soundproof walls hold a closed session while an open track runs nearby, placed away from public routes with its own arrival and its own breaks. Board rooms take the conversations that should not be overheard, and access can be limited by badge zone.

A rooftop with its own kitchen for the closing dinner or the last drink, three foyers for the parts of the day that are not sessions, and the Piazza outside when the weather holds. The day ends somewhere people remember, a few steps from where it started — which is usually the bit they talk about on Monday.
