ARRIVE AT YOUR EVENT THE NIGHT BEFORE

Sleep next to your session

The speaker flying in from Munich lands at six, is checked in by seven and is standing in the room they present in by half past — not finding it for the first time at nine the next morning. Your crew sleeps above the build. Your board arrives the evening before and has dinner together instead of separately in four hotels. The rooms are comfortable and unfussy, with a bar and restaurant downstairs, and everything you need for a night that ends properly.

Perfect for:

Check in downstairs, present upstairs — the shortest commute a delegate will have all year.

Breakfast to session

The walk from a hotel breakfast to your opening session is measured in metres. Late arrivals stop being a thing you plan around, and a 9am start genuinely starts at nine.

Rooms blocked for the event

Delegates are not left booking one by one against public rates. Rooms are held alongside the event and released on an agreed date, so your numbers and your beds move together.

Evenings can stay in

A bar and restaurant in the hotel, the rooftop above it with its own kitchen and the view over Amsterdam West, and the square out front when the weather holds.

Full programs happen here

Rooms, plenary, breakouts, catering and beds come back on a single proposal from one planner — not four suppliers you have to keep in the same conversation.

FAQ’S ABOUT hotel rooms

Questions & answers

Which hotel is connected to the congress center?

The Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West is part of this building, not a five-minute walk marketed as “adjacent”. Delegates go from the last session to their room without stepping outside, which is the whole reason a two-day congress here runs more smoothly than one split across a venue and three hotels.

Yes. We hold a block of rooms alongside your event, with a release date agreed upfront, so your delegates don’t have to book one by one. One planner looks after both your event spaces and your rooms.
That is what the rooms are here for. A speaker who lands at six is checked in by seven and has stood in the room they present in before dinner — rather than seeing it for the first time ten minutes before doors. Crew sleep above the build. Boards arrive the evening before and eat together instead of separately. Coaches stop right by the hotel, so a group checks in as a group.
Breakfast downstairs while your room upstairs is still being lit, then coffee, fruit and pastries in the foyers through the morning, lunch beside the session rooms, and dinner scaled to the evening: 330 seated in the ballroom, 750 for a walking dinner, or 98 in rounds on the rooftop. The hotel bar takes the people still talking afterwards.
Is there enough to do here in the evening?
Enough that leaving is optional. A bar and restaurant in the hotel, the rooftop above with its own kitchen, its own bar and the view over Amsterdam West, and the square at the entrance when the weather holds. Most groups find the evening looks after itself without anybody organising transport or splitting into taxis.
Sloterdijk is a six-minute walk with trains, metro, tram and bus, and the old centre a short ride on from there — so an afternoon in town or a partner dinner on the canals is easy, and entirely optional. Schiphol is ten minutes by direct train, which is why international delegates can fly in the same morning or, better, the night before.
There is a garage directly under the building with EV charging points, and spaces are reserved alongside the booking rather than left to chance on the day. Tell us how many of your delegates are driving and staying over when you confirm, and it is allocated with the rooms rather than sorted out at the barrier.
Every meeting is carbon compensated at no extra cost to you, through our partnership with First Climate. Reduce, reuse, replace, recycle is the working order behind it: single-use plastics on their way out, food waste measured and cut rather than talked about, EV charging in the garage and the building drawing its primary energy from an aquifer thermal energy storage system. Ask for the numbers and you’ll get them.
