WHY CHOOSE THESE MEETING ROOMS

Run parallel tracks at once

Delegates arrive from across Europe for parallel sessions, sponsor meetings and workshops, all running at the same time within a few steps of each other. Up to 613 people can move across the first floor. Rooms range from eight around a table to 118 when a wall opens, and you can still change the setup late in your planning.

Perfect for:

19 rooms off one Walkway full of daylight and every parallel session a few steps from the next.

Room options that grow with you

Whether a 30m² boardroom to take eight at a round table or opening the wall between two rooms to make one for 118 delegates in one space. We have all options; the setup is a decision you make late, not a constraint you plan around.

By the hour, or by the week

The small boardrooms can be booked by the hour, so a two-hour interview panel doesn’t need a full day. One room is set up as a cinema with dark lighting for screenings and previews. Book one room, or nineteen, and the same team runs both.

The kit is ready in the room

Most rooms carry a built-in screen and projector; the boardrooms a 55-inch display, a flip chart and office supplies. Daylight in most of them. A straightforward session needs nothing arranged at all — walk in, plug in, start.

Full programs happen here

The Meetings connect to the Ballroom taking 750 for a plenary or divide into three. The Rooftop closes the day with views over Amsterdam West with its own bar and kitchen; 98 in rounds for dinner, 150 reception, so nobody buses between venues, so the day keeps its momentum.

FAQ’S ABOUT Meeting & boardrooms

Questions & answers

How many rooms are there, and how big do they get?

Twenty in total, nineteen of them on the first floor. The smallest is a 30m² boardroom for eight round a table; the largest single room takes 118 once the wall between two adjoining spaces is opened. Across the first floor, 613 people fit at the same time — enough for a full parallel programme without borrowing the ballroom.

Yes. Two pairs of adjoining rooms open into one space of 118, which is the useful size between a break-out and a plenary. It also works the other way: book the combined room for the opening, then split it at lunch and run two tracks in the afternoon. Same floor, same walkway, no relocating anybody.

For the small boardrooms, yes, hourly packages are available for the small board rooms, so a two-hour panel, an interview morning or a supplier session only booked for the time you need it, rather than a full day. Larger rooms and multi-room programmes are quoted per day. Tell us the hours you actually need and we’ll price from there

Most rooms come with a built-in screen and LCD projector, and the boardrooms with a 55-inch display, a flip chart and office supplies. Daylight in most of them. A straightforward session needs nothing arranged at all — and past that our technical team and production partners build to whatever the brief asks for.
Can we run parallel tracks without people getting lost?

Yes. Nineteen rooms sit along one daylight walkway on the first floor, so every session is in sight of the next. Our team helps with signage and wayfinding so delegates always know where to go.

Yes, one room is set up as a cinema, with dark lighting and a fixed screen, for previews, film and anything that deserves to be watched properly rather than projected onto a wall at half brightness. It books like any other room, and sits on the same floor as the rest of your programme.
Yes, and it is the usual shape of a congress here. Plenary in the ballroom for up to 750, break-outs across the twenty rooms, coffee and lunch in the foyers between them, and the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West in the same building with 476 rooms. Send us the programme and the rooms, the catering and the beds come back in one quote.
Every meeting is carbon compensated at no extra cost to you, through our partnership with First Climate. Reduce, reuse, replace, recycle is the working order behind it: single-use plastics on their way out, food waste measured and cut rather than talked about, EV charging in the garage and the building drawing its primary energy from an aquifer thermal energy storage system. Ask for the numbers and you’ll get them.
