Questions & answers
Can a closed board run alongside a public congress?
Yes. Movable soundproof walls hold a closed session while a public track runs nearby, and the closed room is placed away from public routes with its own arrival and breaks. Each programme has its own space, arrival and breaks, and our team looks after both.
Can we host a private area with full catering operation somewhere?
The rooftop is taken as a full floor rather than a room on one — one lift up, no corridor to anywhere else, and its own kitchen and bar so service stays on the floor. Closed session by day, seated dinner for 98 the same evening.
Can we brand the space and the welcome desk?
yes that’s possible.
How do you handle delegate data and recordings?
Registration, badging, recording and streaming are agreed in writing before build rather than assumed — what is printed, what is captured, where those files live afterwards. Bring your data requirements to the enquiry.
Is there room for posters and an exhibition?
1,782m² in the main hall and 600m² of foyer. The first-floor walkway connects the session rooms, so stands and poster boards sit on the route delegates already walk.
Do you understand our compliance obligations?
