PRODUCT LAUNCHES DONE WELL

Launch it in Europe,
from one location

The product comes in through the loading door and stands centre stage the same afternoon. Press, partners and dealers get their own rooms around it, the markets that could not travel watch the feed, and everyone sleeps upstairs.

Key decisions to turn a launch into a success

A launch is a build, a broadcast and a press day sharing a single date that cannot move. Whatever the product — a vehicle, a device, a platform, a drug, a kit on a pallet; these five decide whether the day holds together.

01 – GET IN HASSLE FREE
It arrives whole, not in pieces
02 – LAND THE REVEAL
Guests in, lights down
03 – UNDER EMBARGO
Covered until the big moment
04 – REACH YOUR MARKET ANYWHERE
Attend or livestream
05 – KEEP MOMENTUM
After the reveal

01 – Get in hassle free

It arrives whole,
not in pieces

Roll-up loading doors, reinforced floor, a 9.5m
ceiling and a balcony above for camera views. Vehicles, freight & flight cases drive straight
into the Ballroom.

02 – Land the reveal

Guests in, lights down

All the space you need: Stage, rigging, sound and lighting built to your run of show and your budget, not one size only.

03 – UNDER EMBARGO

Covered until the big moment

Security plans with specialist partners, closed build and covered storage and movable soundproof walls to hold it.

04 – REACH YOUR MARKET ANYWHERE

Attend or livestream

Our technicians handle hybrid streaming, translations and stage production, with Wi-Fi across the Ballroom, Foyers, Gallery Walkway and every meeting room. Tell us if a large hybrid audience is part of the plan and we’ll reserve the capacity for it.

05 – KEEP MOMENTUM

After the reveal

The rest of the day is where the deals happen. We’ve got plenty of floor space, twenty meeting rooms take the one-to-ones, the Piazza takes whatever belongs in daylight and the hotel rooms upstairs take everyone who stays.

01

AV, broadcast & translation

On-site technicians handle hybrid streaming, simultaneous translation and cinematic stage production. Send the run of show and the budget you are working to, and the spec comes back built to both.

02

Branding & signage

Every wall becomes your canvas: digital wraps, entrance arches, wayfinding and architectural lighting in your colours, with setup and teardown coordinated around your build schedule.

03

Load-in, build & security

From simple signage and furniture to complex stage and show rigging, with our production partners on the same brief and a security plan written with specialists for whatever stays covered. One coordinator, named, from the first floor plan to the last flight case out.

04

Catering around the schedule

Breakfast for the crew at build time, lunch that runs alongside the demo floor rather than pausing it, dinner for 330 seated or 750 walking. Dietary and cultural requirements in first, menus built back from them.

FAQ’S ABOUT OUR BALLROOM

Questions & answers

How do large products come inside?

Through roll-up loading doors onto a reinforced floor; vehicles drive straight in, freight and flight cases come the same way. Send us the dimensions and the weight and we walk the route with your production before you commit, so nothing is discovered on build day.

Up to 750 in the ballroom — 680m² across two floors with a 250m² balcony above. The room divides into three if you want briefings running alongside the display, and spaces are never simply added together: name the format and the floor plan comes back drawn to it.

We cooperate with top security companies on customised security plans for high-profile events. Closed build, covered storage and access zones agreed floor by floor — plus movable soundproof walls in the meeting rooms for the briefings around it.

Can you stream and translate?

Yes. Hybrid streaming, simultaneous translation and stage production run through our own technicians rather than being sourced late, with
free Wi-Fi across the whole building. Tell us early if a large hybrid audience is part of the plan and we reserve the capacity for it.

Build and rehearsal time is booked with the room rather than squeezed around it, and your crew stay in the 476 hotel rooms in this same building; so an overnight build does not turn into an overnight commute.
Ten minutes by direct train from Schiphol and six minutes on foot from Sloterdijk. Coaches stop at the entrance and the garage below has EV charging points — European press can fly in, see it and be home the same evening.
