WHY HOLD TECH EVENTS HERE?

Stream the talk or
connect in the room.

A user conference, a sales kickoff – each one gets judged afterwards on pipeline, renewals, and whether the roadmap still comes up in next week’s stand-up. So we plan backwards from the number you’re held to:
what people should see in the keynote, try in the workshop, and ask your team about before they leave.

Keynote on a stage built for the reveal. Then the walls open, the tracks split, and people get their hands on the product. Same building, same badge, nobody lost between venues.

THE RIGHT CHOICE

High expectations, handled like a spec.

A tech crowd notices everything: the Wi-Fi in the first five minutes, the lab machines, the coffee queue, whether the party’s worth staying for. So we treat the experience like a spec — written with you, checked before doors open, owned
on the day by one coordinator who knows every line.

What happens here travels further, too: the keynote recorded for replay, sessions captured for remote teams, the launch filmed — planned with our production partners, priced line by line.

These days are built for them.

Dates, delegate numbers, which sessions stay closed, and the objective you are measured on. One planner picks it up, stays with it, and comes back with an itemised proposal. No forms to chase.

FAQ's about our ballroom

Questions & answers

Will the Wi-Fi hold when everyone goes online at once?
Wi-Fi comes free, and a tech crowd tests it harder than most — nearly everyone carries a laptop and a phone, and the demo needs its own line. So tell us early what goes out live, which stations are demoing and how many people are in the room. We plan the network around that run of show and test it with your crew before doors open.

By changing the room as the agenda changes: the Pearl ballroom for keynotes, twenty Karim Rashid-coloured rooms for tracks, a daylight walkway for the hallway track. Breaks are steps away, so every minute is conversation. Day two starts on time — everyone slept in the building.

Every meeting is carbon compensated at no extra cost through our First Climate partnership, with reduce, reuse, replace, recycle behind it: single-use plastics on their way out, food waste measured and cut, EV charging in the garage, and the building drawing its primary energy from an aquifer thermal energy storage system. Ask for the numbers and you’ll get them.
Can we livestream the keynote and record the tracks?
Yes. Screens, projectors and sound are already in the rooms, and our AV partners bring the cameras, the stream and the show lighting a keynote needs. Tell us which sessions go out live and which get recorded for on-demand, and the spec comes back built around both — so the people who couldn’t fly in still see the launch.
Yes, the ballroom takes up to eight cars for a launch, so a product that needs floor space rather than a render gets it. Stage and show rigging are built with our production partners, and the opera-style balcony gives the reveal a second level to be seen from. Send us the dimensions and we’ll walk the load-in with you before you commit.

The Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West is in the same building: 476 four-star rooms with their own bar and restaurant, blocked alongside your event rather than booked one by one. When the sessions end, the ballroom turns into a walking dinner for up to 750, or the rooftop’s own kitchen takes the awards night — a few steps from where the day started.
